Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
